About Us

Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

CORE BHS offers individual, couples and family counseling services. We also offer therapy groups to address substance use disorder and trauma.

Residential Treatment Services

Residential substance use disorder treatment is an opportunity for individuals to receive treatment in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Community Resiliency Initiative

The Resiliency Initiative was created in response to the growing problem of substance use disorder and mental health concerns in rural communities.

CORE Consulting

CORE consults for both communities and organizations by providing comprehensive support services, program development, and capacity building.

Building healthy and resilient communities…

CORE Treatment Services, founded in 2019 amidst the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, is dedicated to creating healthier communities through comprehensive behavioral health care and recovery services. Our goal is to offer hope and healing to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health issues, providing them with the tools and support needed to rebuild their lives. From our inception, we have been committed to bridging the gap in treatment services, ensuring that those in need receive more than just temporary relief but a path to lasting recovery.

As we have grown, so has our impact. We opened our second residential facility to provide gender-specific treatment, launched an outpatient office in Waupaca, and extended our recovery services to Shawano. Our vibrant consulting arm shares our successful, evidence-based models with a broader network, enhancing the capacity for substance use disorder treatment across various regions. Notably, our work includes the Community Resiliency Initiative in Door County, designed to bolster community-driven responses to behavioral health challenges.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy centers on the transformative power of holistic healing. At CORE, we believe that treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is essential for fostering individual well-being and community vitality. This approach is reflected in our wide range of services, which include residential and outpatient treatment, individual and group counseling, and peer support. We are proud of our evidence-based programs that prioritize personalized care, aiming to cultivate healthier individuals and, by extension, healthier communities.
