Welcome to CORE

Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

CORE BHS offers individual, couples and family counseling services. We also offer therapy groups to address substance use disorder and trauma.

Residential Treatment Services

Residential substance use disorder treatment is an opportunity for individuals to receive treatment in a comfortable, home-like setting.

Recovery Services

CORE offers solutions for recovery services tailored uniquely to each community we serve. We start by asking a simple question; what does your community need?

Consulting

CORE consults for both communities and organizations by providing comprehensive support services, program development, and capacity building.

Building healthy and resilient communities…

CORE, founded in 2019 amidst the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, is dedicated to creating healthier communities through comprehensive behavioral health care, consulting, and recovery services. Our goal is to build healthy and resilient communities by providing them with the tools and support needed to rebuild their lives. From our inception, we have been committed to bridging the service gap.

As we have grown, so has our impact. We opened our second residential facility to provide gender-specific treatment, launched an outpatient office in Waupaca, and extended our recovery services to Shawano and Door Counties

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy centers on the transformative power of holistic healing. At CORE, we believe that treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—is essential for fostering individual well-being and community vitality. We believe that when you treat the individual, you treat the community. When addicted individuals are healed holistically, families are reunited, employers get better employees, communities get leaders, and we change the trajectory of lives for generations. We start by helping the individual, but the impact permeates out to the entire community because of the profound ripple effect that healing from addiction has.

This philosophy has served us well as we have continued to grow, always focusing on the individual need, whether a person, organization, or community, we always start with the needs of those we serve first in order to make the biggest impact possible on service delivery.

What we do

Behavioral Health

We offer comprehensive behavioral health services designed to support individuals in achieving lasting wellness. Our approach integrates evidence-based therapies, counseling, and holistic support tailored to address both mental health and substance use disorders. Through our specialized programs, we provide individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and case management to ensure each client receives personalized care. By combining clinical oversight with compassionate peer support, CORE’s behavioral health services empower clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and thrive in their communities. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing and promotes sustainable, whole-person wellness.

Residential Treatment

Our residential treatment program provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals seeking intensive care for substance use and mental health challenges. Our program is designed to offer 24/7 support, combining clinical therapy, individualized counseling, and group sessions to address the underlying causes of addiction. Residents engage in a holistic approach to recovery, including life skills training, wellness activities, and peer support, which fosters resilience and personal growth. With the guidance of licensed clinicians and the encouragement of peers, individuals in our residential program build a solid foundation for lasting recovery and a healthier, fulfilling life.

Recovery Services & Housing

Our recovery services are dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving lasting, meaningful recovery. Our program provides a comprehensive range of support, including peer mentorship, recovery residences, and life skills training, designed to foster independence and personal growth. Our recovery residences offer a safe, structured environment where individuals can rebuild their lives surrounded by a supportive community. Led by a team that includes people with lived experience, our approach combines the strength of peer support with clinical oversight, creating a compassionate and understanding space for healing. Through this blend of services, CORE equips individuals with the tools and resources they need to thrive and sustain their recovery journey beyond treatment.

Consulting

We offer comprehensive consulting and managed services to support organizations, communities, and healthcare providers in building effective, sustainable and dynamic programs. Our consulting team works closely with partners to assess needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement evidence-based practices that improve service delivery and outcomes. Through managed services, we provide on-the-ground expertise and operational support, helping organizations streamline processes, and enhance client care. Our experience in developing recovery ecosystems enables us to guide communities in establishing integrated, resilient systems of care that address both immediate needs and long-term goals.

I am passionate about working with clients of all ages from all walks of life, and feel grateful to be able to see the growth and light that clients build for themselves with support and guidance. Much of my way of being is to give others a safe space to be themselves, somewhere they feel seen and heard, which can tend to feel rare for many.
